Invesumo is an educational and research tool. Nothing on it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Backtests, projections, fair values, scores and recommendation labels such as BUY or HOLD are produced by formulas and models from the data available; they are illustrations, not predictions, and past performance does not indicate future results.
Samurai Analysis reports are written by an artificial intelligence model. They can contain errors, omissions or outdated information, even though their figures are taken from the data shown on the page.
Invesumo holds no regulatory license and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions; consider consulting a licensed financial adviser before making them.
Data Sources & Accuracy
Prices, financial statements, analyst estimates and other market data come from third-party providers. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and a company's latest results can take days to appear. Check a ticker and its exchange before relying on it: the same symbol can mean different companies on different exchanges.
Backtests use monthly closing prices and do not include dividends, fees or taxes. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data or calculation.

Acceptance of Terms
By using Invesumo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Your Account
You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password; email accounts must be verified. If you untick "Remember me", your sign-in ends when you close your browser. Keep your sign-in details to yourself - you are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, under Data management. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone: your ledgers, saved scenarios and portfolios, watchlist, settings and investor profile are removed, and any Pro access ends.
Plans, Trials and Pro
Some features are limited by plan. A free account keeps the free plan's features for as long as it exists; they do not expire.Pro is a paid subscription; it can also be granted through our waiting list or a Pro code. A code can be used once per person and may expire or have a limited number of uses. We may change what each plan includes.
Pro Subscriptions and Payment
The price, billing period and any taxes are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never receive your full card details. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payment is taken. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded, including for a partly used period. If a payment fails, your account returns to the free plan. If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies, and the new price takes effect from your next billing period.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase, you can use it as that law sets out; by starting to use Pro straight away you agree that it begins immediately, which may end that right once the service has been provided.
Your Data
What you enter - ledgers, scenarios, your investor profile - remains yours, and you are responsible for its accuracy. Ledger values come from the quantities and prices you enter and from third-party prices. Keep your own copy of anything important; you can export a ledger at any time.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Invesumo: no automated scraping or bulk downloading, no attempts to break, overload or bypass its security or plan limits, and no use that breaks the law. Content and data on Invesumo are for your personal use.
No Warranties
Invesumo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or calculation is accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including investment losses, arising from your use of Invesumo or your reliance on anything it shows.
Notifications
Notifications are optional and you can turn them off at any time in Settings. They are a convenience, not a guarantee: event dates come from third-party data and can move or be wrong, and whether and when a notification arrives depends on your device, your browser and its push service. Do not rely on them alone for anything time-sensitive.
Privacy
Signed-in users' settings, investor profile, scenarios, ledgers, portfolios and watchlist are stored on our servers so they sync between devices, and are not saved in the browser. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Invesumo after a change means you accept it.
